AI / Machine Learning Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy machine learning models and intelligent systems that power our client products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex data problems into scalable AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement machine learning pipelines end-to-end
• Train, fine-tune, and evaluate LLMs and custom ML models
• Build and maintain REST APIs to expose AI capabilities to client apps
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define AI requirements
• Research and apply the latest advances in AI/ML to real-world problems
• Monitor model performance and implement continuous improvement workflows

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning or AI engineering
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for model deployment
• Strong understanding of NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases, or similar)

Nice to Have

• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
• Background in RAG architectures or agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Contributions to open-source AI projects
