Automation Expert (n8n / Zapier)

About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Automation Expert to design, build, and maintain intelligent workflow automations for our clients and internal operations. You will use tools like n8n, Zapier, and Make to connect systems, eliminate manual work, and unlock operational efficiency at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end workflow automations using n8n, Zapier, and Make (Integromat)
• Integrate third-party APIs, CRMs, databases, and SaaS tools into automated pipelines
• Identify manual and repetitive processes across client operations and automate them
• Build AI-powered automations combining LLMs, webhooks, and data transformation nodes
• Document workflows, maintain version control, and ensure automations are reliable and monitored
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and iterate on solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug broken workflows and integrations

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON data handling
• Experience integrating tools such as HubSpot, Airtable, Slack, Google Workspace, Notion, or similar
• Ability to translate business requirements into automated workflow logic
• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript or Python) for custom nodes and transformations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/LLM integration inside automations (OpenAI, Anthropic)
• Familiarity with self-hosted n8n deployments
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
• Background in process consulting or business analysis
