Outreach Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outreach Specialist to identify, contact, and build relationships with potential clients, partners, and influencers. You will be responsible for executing outreach campaigns across multiple channels, generating qualified leads, and contributing directly to the company's growth pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads, partners, and collaboration opportunities across target markets
  • Write and execute personalised cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
  • Manage and follow up on outreach sequences using tools like Instantly, Lemlist, or Apollo
  • Track outreach metrics including open rates, reply rates, and booked calls
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align outreach messaging with campaigns
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead and conversation data
  • A/B test subject lines, messaging, and call-to-action copy to improve conversion rates
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and partners

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in outreach, lead generation, or business development
  • Excellent written English communication skills with strong copywriting ability
  • Experience with outreach platforms such as Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or Hunter.io
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage large outreach volumes
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to track and report on outreach performance

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a B2B tech or digital agency environment
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, or social media outreach
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Salesforce
  • Experience running influencer or partnership outreach campaigns
