Technical Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software and digital transformation projects. You will act as the bridge between clients and engineering teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end project delivery from discovery to go-live across web, mobile, and AI projects
  • Define project scope, milestones, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and client status calls
  • Identify risks and blockers early and implement mitigation strategies
  • Maintain detailed project documentation, roadmaps, and progress reports
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and QA
  • Manage client expectations and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • 4+ years of project management experience in a software or tech environment
  • Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, or ClickUp
  • Ability to read and understand technical documentation, APIs, and system architecture
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of delivering software projects on time and within budget

Nice to Have

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification
  • Experience managing AI, mobile, or SaaS product delivery
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and basic development processes
  • Experience working with international or distributed teams
