About the Project

The goal of a health and wellness startup was to develop a mobile platform that combines wearable integration, AI diagnostics, and lifestyle coaching to enable people to take charge of their health. In addition to providing a comprehensive wellness experience that includes activity tracking, vitals monitoring, individualised workout plans, and food recommendations, their objective was to turn raw health data into actionable insights.

The Solution

To gather critical data like heart rate, oxygen level, steps, sleep quality, and caloric intake, our team developed a cross-platform AI-based mobile health software that integrates with IoT-enabled wearables such as smartwatches, fitness bands, and blood pressure monitors. In order to produce insights and anticipate anomalies, the backend uses machine learning algorithms to process this data in real time. Personalised dietary and exercise advice is given to users according to their activity level, medical history, and goals. A teleconsultation module, emergency notifications, a water reminder, and a symptom checker are all included in the app.
