Gitcha - Demand-Based Real Estate Marketplace

We created Gitcha, a cutting-edge PropTech marketplace that transforms the way buyers, renters, and sellers communicate. Gitcha redefines transparency, efficiency, and personalisation in real estate by implementing a demand-driven model in which property owners directly respond to personalised want-ads posted by seekers.

Gitcha - Demand-Based Real Estate Marketplace

Client Overview

About the Project

Our client, a progressive PropTech startup, envisioned a smarter real estate experience that challenges the traditional search paradigm by enabling property seekers to prioritise expressing their needs. Building a dynamic, two-way marketplace that links renters, buyers, and sellers via an ecosystem that is data-driven, transparent, and assisted by AI was the challenge. Their goal was to minimise wasted effort, lower discovery friction, and establish a digital marketplace that all participants could trust.

Our Approach

The Solution

To turn this idea into a smooth, cross-platform digital experience, Zentric Solutions collaborated with the Gitcha team. To guarantee an intuitive user experience for all stakeholders, we used wireframing, iterative prototyping, and user journey mapping. Gitcha is a demand-first real estate platform where buyers create want-ads with particular criteria like price, location, and amenities. Through a secure communication layer, owners, agents, and developers can then find pertinent leads and get in touch with them directly. Key highlights include a secure Introduction Tool that protects user data, an integrated agent dashboard, an AI-based property recommendation system, and a Public Demand Feed that displays trending buyer requests.

Everything you need to know about this project and our approach.

Property seekers create a want-ad by specifying their criteria such as location, budget, property type, and preferred amenities. This ad is visible to verified owners, agents, and developers who can then reach out directly through the platform's secure messaging layer.

Yes. The Introduction Tool is designed with privacy as a priority. Your personal contact details are never shared directly. All initial communications go through Gitcha's secure messaging system until you choose to share further information voluntarily.

The AI engine analyses your want-ad criteria, browsing behaviour, and saved properties to surface the most relevant listings and owner responses. It improves its recommendations over time as it learns more about your preferences.

Yes. Agents have access to a dedicated dashboard where they can browse the Public Demand Feed, respond to buyer want-ads, manage their active leads, and track the status of each introduction. It is designed to reduce the manual effort involved in lead qualification.

Yes. Gitcha is available on both iOS and Android alongside the web platform. The mobile app offers full feature parity, including want-ad creation, demand feed browsing, secure messaging, and property saving.
